Payment methods are through Mpesa, Cash on Delivery, or Cheque. Cash on Delivery Payment can be done at our offices at Jamia Shopping Mall, Tabman Road Ground Floor G1 41 & G1 44 Mohja Business Solutions. Mpesa payments made through Lipa na MPESA No: 111125 will be confirmed first via your email and Telephone call to your number after which Delivery will be made. Proof of SMS will be required on Delivery to authenticate the sender of Mpesa Payment, so keep the Mpesa SMS Confirmation Message until Delivery. Cheque payments will also be authenticated first before delivery. It’s encouraged to call our offices before payment to speak to our front desk.

If the product is damaged on transit or faulty, you can report it immediately and we will assess it and take appropriate action. However if the product mishandled by the client after delivery eg. Dropping or tampering we will not be liable. Warranty measures apply to warranty granted products.
If within the CBD Town area, we will deliver within the hour. This time may however be determined by factors such as traffic and weather.
Products that have been stipulated to have a warranty will have the stated warranty applying to them. We will also confirm warranty details in the confirmation email
In case of Product malfunction or failure which is reported appropriately we will replace the product.
